RGSW consults its "General Terms and Conditions"

RWE Gas Storage West GmbH (as follows RGSW) consults all storage customers for its „General Terms and Conditions for access to the natural gas storage facilities operated by RGSW“ (GTC) according to § 28 para. 3 EnWG. 

The consultation is based on a draft version attached as download. The updated articles are marked with a grey background. All market parties ar invited to send in their comments with regard to the updated GTC.
